Terms of Use

iBDS is operated by [operator name — not yet set]. These terms apply when you use iBDS. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. This text is a draft and is not legal advice.

1. The service

iBDS is online software that companies use to create, keep and send quotations, invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes and statements, and to record payments.

2. Accounts and roles

• Each user has their own account. Keep your password safe and do not share your account.
• A company has members with roles (Owner, Admin, Staff, Viewer). The company's owners and admins decide who can access that company's data.
• You are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use iBDS only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not try to access other companies' data, disrupt the service, or upload content you have no right to use.
• Upload and share customer data only if you are allowed to do so.

4. Responsibility for your documents

The company is responsible for the correctness of its documents, including prices, tax (such as SST) and e-Invoice details, and for complying with tax and business law. iBDS is a tool; it does not give tax or accounting advice.

5. AI features

Text and data produced by AI (for example through "AI generate" or the historical import) are suggestions. Review and correct them before use; they can be wrong.

6. AI credits

AI credits are used for AI features. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not refunded as money. If an AI request fails, its credits go back to the company's balance. (These details are not yet final.)

7. Availability and backups

We work to keep iBDS available and make backups daily, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted service or that no data is ever lost. Keep your own copies of important documents, for example through the company data export.

8. Suspension

We may suspend access for a company or user who breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. Suspension does not delete data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version is dated, and you will be asked to accept a new version in My account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
